Description

Ajax heeft de Amstel Cup gewonnen, nadat het een week eerder op 5 mei al landskampioen was geworden. Kampioenschappen van Ajax worden traditiegetrouw gevierd op het Leidseplein in Amsterdam met de hele ploeg op het balkon van de Stadsschouwburg. Zo ook na het winnen van de Amstel Cup. Na afloop van de huldiging braken er rellen uit.
