'Feest' op het Coolsingel: Feyenoord heeft de UEFA-cup gewonnen. Ondanks de oproep van burgemeester Opstelten het feest waardig te houden in verband met de dood van Pim Fortuyn twee dagen eerder, kwam het op de Coolsingel toch tot heftige botsingen met de politie. Er werden 140 arrestaties verricht.
