inscription: ‘Een drader gevangen met de elger (want aan lynen komen ze niet) den 23 Juny 1778, zynde plat als een blij, met schobben en blaauwe vinnen, hy had een kuyt in 't lyf, 2 voet lang 2½ vingerdik, breed 2 hand breed, slappe vinnen; had vliegende vis in, was lekker als snoek. Coryphaea Equiselis.’
inscription: ‘een elger de stok is 1½ manslengte groot, een besem stok dik.’
