Group visits without guide

Group visits to the Rijksmuseum are permitted. The maximum group size is 4 people. Any accompanying children count as members of the group, and therefore count towards the total. Group visits are of course subject to the guidelines set by the Dutch national public health institute, the RIVM. If not all members of the group are from the same household, please maintain a distance of 1.5 metres from each other, as well as from other visitors.

Group visits with guide

You can either book a tour with a Rijksmuseum tour guide or bring your own guide. The maximum group size is 4 people. Any accompanying children count as members of the group, and therefore count towards the total. The inclusion of the tour guide brings the total to 5 people. Group visits are of course subject to the guidelines set by the Dutch national public health institute, the RIVM. If not all members of the group are from the same household, please maintain a distance of 1.5 metres from each other, as well as from other visitors.

Registration is required. If you’re not registered, you won’t be permitted to conduct a tour.
