Model of a square water tank, painted black.
The model is made of sheets of copper, clenched together. In the top an oval manhole with a cover is indicated. Through a small round hole in one of the corners a long socket wrench, now missing, can be lowered to operate a valve in the bottom. A short iron socket wrench, used to open the manhole and the hole for the long socket wrench, is also missing.
This water tank was able to carry 1,000 litres or 1,806 Dutch pints.
