Description

Het halthouden van de oprukkende troepen bij de Hofstede Welna aan de Amstel tijdens de aanslag van prins Willem II op Amsterdam, 31 juli 1650. Een lange stoet van ruiters wordt voorafgegaan door herauten en tamboers. Links en rechts is de bevolking toegestroomd om het schouwspel gade te slaan. Links een rivier met boten. Rechts een gebouw met op de gevel de naam beginnend met de letters WEL. Pendant van SK-C-1224.
