De inwijding van een nieuw lid van de Bentveughels te Rome. Interieur met een groep kunstenaars gekleed in lange mantels, in het midden wordt een man voorgesteld aan een zittende man met een lauwerkrans op het hoofd. Op de achtergrond een schilderij van Bacchus.
