Portret van Rycklof van Goens (1619-82). Gouverneur-generaal (1678-81). Ten halven lijve naar rechts. De rechterhand rustend op een kanonskogel, rechts een uitzicht op zee met strijdende schepen. Linksboven het familiewapen.Onderdeel van een reeks van portretten van de gouverneurs-generaal van het voormalige Nederlands Oost-Indië.
