Portret van Josina, dochter van Cornelis Samuelsz. van Esch en Josina Jansdr. de Carpentier. Ten halven lijve, iets naar links, een zakdoek in de linkerhand. Onderdeel van een serie van zeven ovale portretten van Cornelis Samuelsz van Esch, zijn vrouw Josina Jansdr de Carpentier, hun drie dochtertjes en twee zoontjes (SK-A-1747-A/G).
