Op een pad loopt een man met een stok over de schouder en een last in een zak op de rug. Op het pad staat een man die een vloeistof uit een kruik laat vloeien. In de linkerhand houdt hij een krant vast. Blad 42 recto uit een schetsboek met 49 bladen.
