Description

Het Capitool te Rome, over het Campo Vaccio gezien. Op de voorgrond drie zuilen van de tempel van Castor en Pollux. Rechts op de achtergrond de kerk van S. Maria in Aracoeli. Daaronder de boog van Septimus Severus, de kerk van S. Giuseppe dei Falegnami, en meer naar rechts de top van de gevel van het gebouw van de Curia.
