Marcus de evangelist, ten halven lijve, lezend in een boek. Aan zijn linkerzijde staat een gevleugelde leeuw. Om de voorstelling een Latijnse tekst. Deze prent is onderdeel van een serie van vier ronde voorstellingen van de evangelisten, elk omgeven door een witte band waarin een regel Latijn.
