De heilige Catharina van Alexandrië zit geknield voor het Christuskind, aan haar voeten het gebroken rad. Het Christuskind zit bij Maria op schoot, hij schuift een ring om de vinger van Catharina. Links de jonge Johannes de Doper met het lam.
