Description

Portret van Josina Hamels (ca. 1560-1630), echtgenote van Jacques de la Faille. Kniestuk, staand achter tafel waarop een boek en doodshoofd. De linkerhand rust op het doodshoofd, in de rechterhand een zakdoek met kwastjes. In ovaal zonder randschrift. Het ovaal zelf weer in ornamentale omlijsting waarin bovenaan twee dames, een met muziekboek en een met luit. Onderaan twee pauwen. Pendant van portret van echtgenoot Jacques de la Faille.
