Canens zweeft met twee fakkels boven een rivierlandschap zoekend naar Picus. Op de voorgrond rechts een riviergod (Tiber?) en de Lupa Capitolina die de tweeling Romulus en Remus zoogt. Titel in het Latijn in ondermarge.
