Een staande oude vrouw met twee hoorntjes op haar voorhoofd houdt met haar linkerhand de schouder vast van een zittende jonge vrouw. Met haar rechter arm wil zij de jonge vrouw slaan. Illustratie voor het hoofdstuk Sotto Pazienza uit het boek Documenti d'Amore.
