Description

Modes voor februari 1848 uit Londen en Parijs. Onder; van links naar rechts: Mantel afgezet met bont. Gestippelde rok, deels opgehouden, versierd met strik en bloemcorsage. Avondjapon met boothals en puntig lijfje. Avondjapon met gerimpelde stroken stof met gekartelde zoom. Boven: twee vrouwen ten halven lijve en twee mutsen. Prent uit het modetijdschrift The World of Fashion (1824-1891).
