Maakt deel uit van een serie getiteld 'L'Oeuvre Priapique', bestaande uit 23 prenten, uitgegeven te Parijs tussen 1793-1794. De composities zijn gedeeltelijk geëtst naar Denons eigen ontwerpen en naar bestaande ontwerpen op fresco's en munten. Deze prent is afkomstig uit 'L'Oeuvre Originale de Vivant Denon'.
