Description

De rechters Ibsan en Jefta. Ibsan wijst op de scène op de achtergrond. Voor zijn huis zit een van zijn zonen of dochters aan het bruiloftsmaal. Ibsan huwelijkte zijn dertig zonen en dertig dochters uit. Jefta is gekleed in harnas en leunt op zijn zwaard. Op de achtergrond is te zien hoe zijn dochter voorop loopt in een stoet. Jefta had God beloofd om het eerste wat hij bij zijn thuiskomst zou zien te offeren. Rechts offert Jefta zijn dochter. Onder de voorstelling toelichtende teksten in het Latijn. Prent maakt deel uit van een album.
