Ceres met korenschoof en sikkel en Diana met halve maan op het hoofd en jachtattributen flankeren een medaillons met titel. Daarboven houden zij het gekroond wapenschild van Westfalen. Links staat een putto met schild drie harten. Detail van een kaart van Westfalen in Duitsland.
