Explanatory note

Van de vijfde staat verschenen meer drukken dan van de andere staten want deze prent werd gebruikt voor een tentoonstellingscatalogus met originele etsen van elf hedendaagse impressionisten op initiatief van Les Amis des Arts de Pau. De vijfde staat onderscheid zich door een schone plaatrand, zie Welsh Reed & Stern Shapiro 1984, p. 68-72.
