Boek met 60 kyôka (komische gedichten) over verschillende Nieuwjaarsrituelen. De gedichten zijn verzameld door de dichter Yadoya no Meshimori (1753-1830). Donkerblauwe kaft; titelstrook linksboven; elf bladen; binnenkant kaft en één pagina, inleiding; tien pagina`s afbeeldingen van Nieuwjaarsgebruiken; tien pagina`s komische Nieuwjaarsgedichten; twee pagina`s, nawoord en colofon. Boek bewaard in donkerrode omslag.
