Description

Een geisha wast haar sake kopje in een porseleinen kom met een irisblad, terwijl ze omkijkt naar een roepende koekoek. Op de grond een keteltje met gekruide sake en achter haar een lakdoos waar haar koto (Japans snaarinstrument) in ligt. Met twee gedichten. Het irisblad verwijst naar het jongensfeest, wat in de vijfde maand wordt gevierd. De koekoek verwijst ook naar die maand.
