Karikatuur op de grote luifelhoeden die in de mode waren rond 1800-1815. Twee paren waarbij de luifelhoed van de vrouw voor problemen zorgt. Bij één paar blijft de pruik van de man in de hoed vastzitten. Volgens het onderschrift: 'de verradelijke kus'. Prent uit een serie van 30 modeprenten, Le Suprême Bon Ton, Parijs, 1800-1815.
