Description

Christus valt tijdens het dragen van zijn kruis naar Golgota. Een Romeinse soldaat spoort hem aan om op te staan. De twee misdadigers lopen voor hem. Veronica wist het zweet van zijn gezicht met een doek. Omstanders kijken bedroefd toe. In de marge Bijbelcitaten uit Joh. 19 en Luc. 23.
