Boulevard de Sébastopol, Paris, Arend Hendriks, 1929
Arend Hendriks never tired of electric street and advertizing lighting in Paris, as evidenced by the many lithographs he made of the subject. In this one, a woman walks past a car parked near a lamppost with a sign pointing the way to the metro. Behind her are illuminated signs for a branch of the Félix Potin grocery shop.
