Description

Cartouche met embleem. Het embleem toont een schip op zee dat richting een havenstad vaart, gelegen op een eiland. Rondom het eiland liggen wrakken van andere schepen. Dit schip vaart echter op koers, onder begeleiding van vier zeecreaturen met palmtakken in hun handen. Latijns motto op de banderol
