Kaart van Surrey, met rechtsboven een gezicht op Nonsuch en linksboven een gezicht op Richmond. Bovenaan in het midden de titel in een cartouche. Links en rechts een aantal wapens en cartouches, waarvan rechts enkele oningevuld. Onderaan een kompas en een schaal.
