Description

Standbeeld van Pyrrhus, koning van Epirus als de oorlogsgod Mars. Pyrrhus van Epirus staat in volle wapenrusting. Hij draagt een Griekse helm en houdt een schild vast in zijn linkerhand. Het beeld staat in een nis. Het standbeeld werd in de eerste eeuw na Christus uit marmer gehouwen en staat momenteel in de lobby van het Capitolijns museum in Rome. De prent heeft een Latijns onderschrift.
