This photograph is from the estate of the architect responsible for the Palais Longchamp in Marseilles. The holes along the left side indicate that it, together with other photographs, was assembled into a pack with lengths of string. The architect and/or the contractor possibly had the bundle at hand as a guide for placing the sculptures.
