Simple model of a yard.
This model represents the main topgallant yard1 of Piet Hein, a ship of the line laid down in 1833, taken apart and re-assembled as the first Dutch screw steam frigate Admiraal van Wassenaer, 59.62 metres long, built by August Elize Tromp (1801-1871) in Amsterdam from 1853 to 1856.2 Together with a number of other models of spars an entire mainmast can be assembled.
