Boekje van zes bladzijden in blauw papieren omslag over een geoctrooieerde signaalhoorn. De brochure beschrijft het werktuig zelf niet, maar somt alleen de mogelijke toepassingen ervan op, voor de politie, spoorwegen, scheepvaart, industrie etc.
