Wooden model of a figurehead on the knee of the head, mounted on a base, incomplete. The figure is of a running man in Roman dress and armour, his right arm pointing forward, in his left hand a bundle of arrows. The object that he held in his right hand has broken off. With his right foot he is treading on a dragon. The base and the knee of the head are decorated with relief carvings of foliage. The figure represents Mars.
