Brief aan de Minister van Marine met een toelichting bij het ankermodel afkomstig van de Marinemodellenkamer en benoeming van de onderdelen met afmetingen. Gedateerd 20 november 1821. Door kapitein J.M. Polders. Twee aparte bladen, één is de brief, de ander is een 'Benaming der Deelen' (dit blad in tweeën gescheurd).
