Grote koperen cirkel op drie pootjes, beschilderd met een windroos. Hierop twee aan elkaar verbonden draaiarmen, de ene schuivend over de rand van de cirkel, de andere voorzien van een kleine cirkel waarop geschilderd een roos. In het middelpunt een bootvorm.
