Lage, conische voet van gewonden glasdraad. Ingestoken bodem. Cilindervormige schacht aan één stuk geblazen met conische kelk. Op schacht vier rijen braamnoppen. De overgang van de kelk naar de schacht aangegeven door een geribde draad.
