Deksel van vierkante fles van porselein, beschilderd in onderglazuur blauw. Op de deksel met een swastika-patroon met daarin uitgespaard een cartouche met een gelukssymbool (vissen). Op de vierkante dekselknop het karakter 'fú', geluk. Blauw-wit.
