Description

Kom van porselein met uitlopende wand, beschilderd in onderglazuur blauw en rood. Op de buitenzijde de Acht Onsterfelijken staande op zeedieren, tegen een achtergrond van schuimende golven; op de bodem Shoulao met een hert met een paddenstoel in zijn bek tegen een achtergrond van schuimende golven en wolken; rond de voetring een decoratieve rand met meander-motief. Op de onderzijde het zes-karaktermerk Chenghua in een dubbele cirkel en een oud label met daarop 'Marked Ching-Hua periode 1465-1488 1888 A. Trapnell'. Onderglazuur blauw met koperrood.
