Kledingsieraad, anonymous, c. 350 - c. 450
Two Clothing Ornaments. These two plaques are made of gold fastened to a slightly thicker base of bronze. The square ornament is decorated with an animal’s head (probably that of a tiger), the other with a winged insect (probably a cicada). The square plaque served as an adornment for a belt, the other one for a hat or crown.
